Most incense sticks are built on a bamboo core that's dipped in fragrance — meaning you're mostly burning bamboo and binding agents. Ours have no core at all. Every stick is rolled entirely from flowers, herbs and plant-based ingredients, so what you smell is the actual botanical, not a coating around wood.
Yes. We work directly with pure flowers, herbs and plant-based ingredients, with no synthetic fragrance, no charcoal and no chemical binders added at any stage. Every batch is handcrafted in small quantities so we can keep an eye on what goes in, from raw material to rolled stick.
Because there's no synthetic fragrance or charcoal, the smoke is gentler than conventional incense. That said, any smoke can irritate sensitive lungs, so we suggest burning in a ventilated room and keeping it out of reach of children and curious pets, just as you would with any open flame.
Most of our incense and dhoop sticks burn for 45–50 minutes, depending on the variant. Since there are no synthetic preservatives, keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture — this keeps the fragrance and burn quality consistent till the last stick.
We ship across India from our workshop in Kanpur. Orders are typically handed to courier within 1–2 working days and arrive within 4–7 working days depending on your location. You'll get tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Since incense is a consumable, we accept returns only for damaged, defective or incorrect items — reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it quickly. Full details are on our Return & Refund page.
